When you share palettes to our public gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these terms.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by ColorGadget. Color palettes you create are yours to use freely for any purpose.
